Athenaeum Pasadena Wedding.
I love incorporating architecture into my photography. So I was very excited to photograph Jacqueline and Alex’s wedding at the stunning Athenaeum on the campus of Cal Tech in Pasadena. I wish the day had more hours because I could have photographed here forever. So many arch ways and pillars. This is a great venue to host a wedding.
The bride and groom were stunning and fun at the same time. And the reception site was something right out of a fashion magazine. Our good friends at Honey Fitz Events helped make this a magical day.
When you photograph a TPC Valencia wedding, the last thing you expect to see is the bride arriving to get married in a Vintage 1960’s Mustang! Especially when it is being driven down the cart path. This bride and groom had it all. Even their dog participated in the ceremony. My favorite part of the wedding was their signature cocktail – which they had made themselves – Apple Pie flavored Moonshine. I have to admit that I had a little taste and it was sooooo good. TPC Valencia is always a great place to photograph at.
What can you say when your bride and groom want to take their engagement photos at Balboa park in San Diego? Why “yes” of course. This is an awesome location with great buildings and locations around every corner. Monica and Scott absolutely rocked their session – they even brought a MUA along for the ride. I also loved the wardrobe changes – Monica was super quick. The end of the day brought out a beautiful evening dress. It was surreal walking around Balboa Park with such a stylish couple.
